Tour Daufuskie offers eco-tours mainly geared towards day-trippers so groups are usually larger than other tours offered on the island, but they are led by a local tour guide. Native Son Adventures is based out of Hilton Head but services and knows Daufuskie well. They offer fishing tours, crabbing, shrimping, wildlife tours, and more.

Daufuskie Island boasts a rich island culture. Take time to learn about the unique Gullah culture and language which flourished on the island. Sallie Ann Robinson runs the Daufuskie Island Gullah Heritage Society. She grew up on the island and is a sixth generation member of her family to live on Daufuskie.
